Trauma is different for every person.
Trauma is different for every person.
What can be traumatic for a person might not be traumatic to another person but
traumas can be mainly categorized into traumas of omission and traumas of
commission.
Trauma of omission is when you as a little child you needed more love, safety,
stability, attention, affection. You needed to know that you matter, that your
existence is important and that your needs are valid.
Trauma of commission on the other hand is what happened and shouldn’t have
happened to you as a child because no child deserves that. We were told that
abuse is physical and sexual. This is only one form of abuse but emotional abuse
can go way deeper to the core if someone made you feel not good enough, not
loved enough, not smart enough or anything that has the word enough in it.
With hypnotherapy, you will be diving deep into your subconscious mind to heal
the cause of what you are struggling with and the result will naturally change.
